Senior UX/UI Designer

We have two types of projects to work on: one is scientific solutions that we develop for our customers that include pharma and biotech companies and the other involves corporate solutions we use internally for project and people management.


Quantori is an international team: we have colleagues who work not only from office but also remotely from all over the world.


  • Set up the design process on the project
  • Understand and analyze customer pains, do research, develop personas, prepare customer/user journey (if needed)
  • Prepare high and low fidelity prototypes
  • Create UI-kit for corporate solutions and applications
  • Develop interactions between users and application while working with business analysts and/or product owners
  • Justify and explain your decisions regarding the design and interactions
  • Provide UX/UI support for ongoing projects
  • Help with corporate visual artifacts (e.g. slide decks)

What we expect:

  • Experience in UX/UI design of enterprise solutions
  • Competence in designing data visualisation elements (e.g. dashboards, graphs, and diagrams)
  • Ability to present a significant amount of information in a simple and short form
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher

Nice to have:

Experience in designing scientific applications (e.g. chemical compound drawing or genetics data visualization)
