Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist in Portugal or Slovakia to support the recruiting activities across Europe, the USA, and other countries.
Location:
Portugal, Slovakia
Responsibilities:
- Manage and actively participate in end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments
- Create job descriptions for different positions
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop strategies for current and upcoming recruitment initiatives.
- Support and coordinate interview scheduling across departments and with Delivery Managers
- Follow up on the external search process and handle approval tasks, participating in the offer process
- Perform day-to-day tasks using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and various sourcing methods
- Assist with pre-onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Collaborate with team members in HR and other departments
- Complete reporting tasks as requested by management
What we expect:
- A background in IT recruitment, along with knowledge and understanding of the IT labor market in Europe, the USA, and worldwide experience, is an advantage
- 2 + years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment and hiring processes
- Experience collaborating with a diverse range of hiring managers
- LinkedIn proficiency, Boolean search tools, and sourcing techniques
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
