Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist in Portugal or Slovakia to support the recruiting activities across Europe, the USA, and other countries.

Location:

Portugal, Slovakia

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and actively participate in end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments
  • Create job descriptions for different positions 
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop strategies for current and upcoming recruitment initiatives.  
  • Support and coordinate interview scheduling across departments and with Delivery Managers
  • Follow up on the external search process and handle approval tasks, participating in the offer process 
  • Perform day-to-day tasks using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and various sourcing methods
  • Assist with pre-onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Collaborate with team members in HR and other departments
  • Complete reporting tasks as requested by management 

What we expect:

  • A background in IT recruitment, along with knowledge and understanding of the IT labor market in Europe, the USA, and worldwide experience, is an advantage
  • 2 + years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment and hiring processes
  • Experience collaborating with a diverse range of hiring managers  
  • LinkedIn proficiency, Boolean search tools, and sourcing techniques
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
