Support Engineer, Night Shifts

We are looking for support engineers for one of our life science projects. We develop and support a full-cycle IT platform for laboratory specimen tracking, including integration with sample preparation and sequencing equipment. Be a part of a community that helps predict rare and well-known diseases. Working schedule: shift time from 10 p.m. till 6 a.m. (Moscow time)

Location:

Quantori is an international team: we have colleagues who work not only from offices but also remotely from all over the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the users of the system
  • Analyze and sort incoming tickets with issues on the client’s side
  • Investigate issues and apply solutions
  • Maintain the Knowledge Database
  • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams

What we expect:

  • Experience in System Administration or Technical Support (L1)
  • Experienced with production environment monitoring
  • Ability sort out the source of the problem and suitable person for solving it
  • Advanced communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in Russian and English (upper-intermediate or higher)
  • Accuracy, stress resistance

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Familiarity with Life Sciences
