Support Engineer
We are looking for an afternoon shift (4:00 PM - 1:00 AM, GMT+4) Support Engineer who will be responsible for remote Support.
Location:
Quantori is an international team: we have colleagues who work not only from office but also remotely from all over the world.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to company employees via Jira, email, and audio/video calls
- Deliver dedicated technical support to VIP users
- Investigate issues and apply solutions
- Delivery of the support service according to the SLA
- Maintain and continuously update the company’s knowledge base
- Administer and work with Atlassian, Google, Microsoft and other software/cloud services
- Manage hardware assets (inventory, issuance, delivery, configuration, replacement)
- Manage software assets (inventory, issuance, configuration, installation)
- Manage virtual machines (deploy, configuration)
- Contribute to various IT projects, including research, implementation, and setting up the IT environment
What we expect:
- 3+ years of experience in technical support and system administration
- Proficiency in Windows/MacOS end-user device administration
- Experience with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of network and security
- Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM methodologies
- English Level-B2+
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Falcon CrowdStrike, Google Workspace, Microsoft Intune, Zscaler
- Proficiency in GNU/Linux end-user device administration
- Understanding of identity terminologies such as SSO, LDAP, and OAuth
- Proficiency in scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
