Junior Recruitment Specialist/Sourcer

We are seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist/Sourcer in Portugal to support the recruiting activities across Europe, the USA, and other countries.

Portugal

Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments
  • Create job descriptions for different positions
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop strategies for current and upcoming recruitment initiatives.
  • Support and coordinate interview scheduling across departments and with Delivery Managers
  • Perform day-to-day tasks using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and various sourcing methods
  • Assist with pre-onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Collaborate with team members in HR and other departments

What we expect:

  • A background in IT/tech recruitment/sourcing, along with knowledge and understanding of the IT labour markets in Europe, the USA
  • 1 + years of relevant experience managing full-cycle recruitment
  • LinkedIn proficiency, Boolean search techniques, and sourcing tools
  • Proficiency in English at a B2+ level or higher.

Nice to have:

  • Global recruitment experience is an advantage
  • Experience collaborating with a diverse range of hiring managers
