Junior Recruitment Specialist/Sourcer
We are seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist/Sourcer in Portugal to support the recruiting activities across Europe, the USA, and other countries.
Location:
Portugal
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments
- Create job descriptions for different positions
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop strategies for current and upcoming recruitment initiatives.
- Support and coordinate interview scheduling across departments and with Delivery Managers
- Perform day-to-day tasks using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and various sourcing methods
- Assist with pre-onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Collaborate with team members in HR and other departments
What we expect:
- A background in IT/tech recruitment/sourcing, along with knowledge and understanding of the IT labour markets in Europe, the USA
- 1 + years of relevant experience managing full-cycle recruitment
- LinkedIn proficiency, Boolean search techniques, and sourcing tools
- Proficiency in English at a B2+ level or higher.
Nice to have:
- Global recruitment experience is an advantage
- Experience collaborating with a diverse range of hiring managers
