Signals User Support Engineer

The Quantori team is currently seeking a Signals User Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance for Signals Notebook (SNB).The role involves troubleshooting user issues, configuring templates and system setting, supporting installation and upgrades, and ensuring compliance with GxP and GAMP standards.

Location:

Quantori is an international team: we have colleagues who work not only from office but also remotely from all over the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit, modify, and configure Signals Notebook settings 
  • Provide support and onboarding for Signals Notebook users

What we expect:

  • Experience configuring Signals Notebook, including system settings and security configurations.
  • Strong understanding of GxP and GAMP regulations and their application in a software environment.
  • Experience supporting and onboarding Signals Notebook users.
  • Familiarity with Signals Notebook API for integration and troubleshooting purposes.
  • Ability to work in alignment with the UK time zone.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with source code management tools (e.g., GIT).
  • Experience with Kubernetes for container management.
  • Experience with monitoring solutions such as Kibana and AWS CloudWatch.
