Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter in Kazakhstan to contribute to the company’s growth. Our primary focus lies in recruiting Python, JavaScript, Java, and .NET stack developers. In addition, we hire DevOps, QA and Test Automation engineers, HPC engineers, specialists in ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Bioinformatics


Our Astana office


  • Manage and actively participate in end-to-end recruitment processes across diverse departments 
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to strategize current and upcoming recruitment initiatives 
  • Spearhead the search for specialized professionals in Development, QA, BA, DevOps, etc., across multiple locations 
  • Conduct interviews in both Kazakh and English languages 
  • Provide support in technical interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and facilitating offer negotiations 
  • Proficiently navigate and enhance processes within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) 
  • Conduct pre-onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires 
  • Partner with the PR and marketing team to coordinate participation in different events, including job fairs, university meetups, and IT-specific events in Astana 
  • Engage in recruitment analytics

What we expect:

  • IT recruitment background, knowledge and understanding of the IT labor market in Kazakhstan; worldwide experience is an advantage 
  • Overall 3+ years of experience in managing full-cycle recruitment and hiring processes 
  • Experience in collaborating with a diverse range of hiring managers, managing relationships with internal clients 
  • Ability to organize and analyze data and draw insights to optimize our hiring process 
  • Readiness to participate in other recruitment activities, such as IT HR events, collaboration with universities, and interaction with local IT communities, etc.  
  • English proficiency: B2 level or higher
