Senior Machine Learning Engineer (LLM)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Machine Learning Engineer with strong LLM expertise to join our dynamic team at Quantori.

Location:

Quantori is an international team: we have colleagues who work not only from office but also remotely from all over the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data and AI Scientists, and cross-functional teams to address complex challenges and define, design, and implement new functionalities using modern NLP technologies, including LLM/RAG 
  • Preprocess data, fine-tune existing LLMs, and build custom pipelines 
  • Develop ML/Language models that align with business and functional requirements 
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications 
  • Translate business requirements into actionable data science tasks 
  • Document and communicate the design and implementation details 

What we expect:

  • Experience with LLM + RAG agents and developing NLP solutions within web applications 
  • Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning 
  • Proven experience in software development 
  • Strong programming skills with proven experience in implementing Python-based machine learning solutions 
  • Experience with OpenAI 
  • Recent experience with AI/ML toolkits such as AWS SageMaker, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or similar 
  • Familiarity with AWS infrastructure, especially for data/ML workflows 
  • Experience with AI Chatbot application development 
  • Adherence to test-driven development and good coding practices
