Senior Business Analyst with LLM experience
We are looking for a strong Business Analyst with hands-on experience in LLM-based solutions to support the development of AI-driven products. The role focuses on translating business needs into clear requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and helping design, test, and improve AI agents to deliver reliable and user-focused solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Translate stakeholder business needs into clear requirements for AI-driven products and features
- Prototype and configure AI agents using internal platforms, integrating them with relevant data sources and tools
- Design, test, and iteratively refine prompts to improve AI agent output quality, relevance, and reliability
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders during user testing, managing feedback loops to continuously refine AI agent behavior and user experience
- Monitor and analyze AI agent performance using qualitative and quantitative signals, providing insights to improve accuracy, effectiveness, and usability
- Stay informed about advancements in AI language models and tooling, and actively contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices
What we expect:
- Strong understanding of how LLM based solutions work, including RAG and agents
- Understanding core natural language processing (NLP) concepts
- Hands-on experience of designing and refining prompts for AI models
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a solid understanding of BA processes, artifacts, and the full requirements lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, international teams
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills, curiosity, and a collaborative, learning-oriented mindset
