Senior Business Analyst, AI/LLM
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong mix of stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and practical understanding of AI/LLM capabilities. This role spans two workstreams: enabling business users to get the most out of AI-powered tools for data extraction and compliance checking, and leading the definition of a new agentic Business Analyst - a system designed to automate requirements gathering and generate standardized project artefacts such as Jira epics and project charters.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for business users regarding AI-powered tools and their usage
- Design and deliver training sessions on AI concepts, prompt engineering, and tool usage
- Coach users on how to create and refine prompts to improve output quality
- Gather and prioritize user feedback to support continuous improvement of AI tools
- Develop clear documentation, user guides, and best practices for non-technical audiences
- Validate AI-generated outputs against business requirements and document findings
- Support adoption and change management initiatives related to AI tools
- Lead the definition and scoping of an AI-powered Business Analyst solution
- Conduct market research and analyze existing tools and approaches
- Build a clear business case, including value, impact, and ROI
- Identify current challenges in requirements gathering and project initiation
- Define functional requirements, use cases, and success criteria
- Prepare project documentation, including project charters and handover materials
- Act as product owner throughout development, including validation and user acceptance testing
What we expect:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including experience in a senior or lead role
- Background in regulated industries (e.g., life sciences, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including output evaluation and agentic AI concepts
- Experience building business cases and defining project scope and value
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance
- Experience designing and delivering training for non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess outputs and recommend improvements
- Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, user stories, and functional documentation
- Familiarity with tools like Jira or similar project management platforms
- Comfort working with document-heavy workflows and unstructured data
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with regulatory dossier workflows, submission processes, or compliance checking in a pharmaceutical, chemicals, or similar regulated environment
- Understanding of AI governance or validation practices in regulated environments
- Exposure to data or document management platforms (e.g., Databricks, SharePoint, etc.)
