Senior Business Analyst

Quantori is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to help design and deliver innovative products that are transforming the way scientists work.

Quantori is an international team: we have colleagues who work not only from office but also remotely from all over the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering and analysis for LIMS-related projects, including conducting workshops, documenting user stories, and creating functional specifications 
  • Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and support system validation activities 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure LIMS solutions align with business and regulatory requirements 
  • Support integration of LIMS with ERP, MES, CDS, and laboratory instruments 
  • Assist in data migration and validation protocols to ensure accurate and compliant system implementation 

What we expect:

  • 5–10 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in LIMS projects for Life Sciences clients 
  • Hands-on experience with LIMS platforms, specifically with LabWare 8.0 
  • Strong understanding of Life Sciences processes, including R&D, Quality Control (small and large molecules), Manufacturing, and Regulatory Compliance 
  • Knowledge of GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and other relevant regulatory standards 
  • Proficient in business analysis practices, technical integration points, and data management for laboratory systems 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills 
  • Experience with workflow management tools, such as GIT, JIRA, Confluence, and CI/CD tools 
  • Experience in working directly with the customer 
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher
