Talent Pool: Senior AI/ML Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement scalable ML/LLM systems that handle large volumes of data and near real-time processing, with attention to security, reliability, latency, and cost optimization. 
  • Build modular, maintainable, well-tested Python services and workflow components. 
  • Design and implement enterprise integrations for agentic workflows (internal systems and external downstream systems) using relevant platform APIs. 
  • Perform quality assurance and data normalization across pipelines 
  • Automate the creation of clear, user-friendly reports and outputs (e.g., PDFs and UI-ready views) based on agent results, designed to support adoption and everyday use. 
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and engineers across teams to deliver solutions. 

What we expect:

  • Strong proficiency in Python, including asyncio 
  • Solid experience building REST APIs
  • Familiarity with ML frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch / TensorFlow (Keras), numpy, scikit-learn. 
  • Experience with tool calling and MCP 
  • Experience with LLM agents, including handling state, context, memory, iterative loops, and output validation. 
  • Experience working with databases / data stores (PostgreSQL/MySQL, NoSQL, S3)
  • Experience evaluating ML/LLM outputs for quality, accuracy, and consistency, and implementing practical evaluation and validation of workflows. 
  • English Level B2+ 

Nice to have:

  • Azure ecosystem experience: Azure Functions, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure AI Vision / Document Intelligence (or “Vision Foundry” if that’s your internal name).
