  • Gather, synthesize, and prioritize feedback from users, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and internal stakeholders to inform product decisions
AI Product Development
  • Translate neuroscience and pharmaceutical requirements into actionable product specifications for AI chatbot development
  • Oversee the collection, curation, and management of high-quality data for model training, ensuring privacy, compliance, and relevance to neuroscience use cases
  • Partner with data scientists and engineers to guide the design, training, testing, and deployment of AI models, ensuring robustness, accuracy, and ethical standards
  • Drive continuous improvement of chatbot performance through A/B testing, user feedback loops, and data-driven iteration
User Experience & Compliance
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the chatbot delivers an intuitive, accessible, and engaging experience for all user segments, including patients and healthcare professionals
  • Ensure all chatbot content and interactions are medically accurate, evidence-based, and compliant with pharmaceutical regulations and data privacy laws
  • Monitor and address potential biases in AI outputs, maintaining ethical standards in patient and HCP engagement
Go-to-Market & Lifecycle Management
  • Lead product launches, collaborating with marketing, sales, and medical teams to ensure successful rollouts and adoption in target markets
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to neuroscience stakeholders and end-users
  • Track and analyze key product metrics (e.g., engagement, satisfaction, deflection rates, compliance incidents) to inform ongoing strategy and reporting
  • Manage the product lifecycle, identifying opportunities for expansion, optimization, or retirement in line with business goals

What we expect:

  • Demonstrated experience in product management within pharmaceuticals, healthtech, or AI-driven products, ideally with exposure to neuroscience or related therapeutic areas
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and product optimization
  • Experience conducting user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector
  • Must be available to work East Coast hours (GMT-4), especially during the first 3 months
  • Daily availability required until 5:00 PM EST

Nice to have:

  • A graduate degree in neuroscience, life sciences, pharmacy, or a closely related discipline would be a strong asset for this role. Additionally, having supplementary qualifications in areas such as business, computer science, or data science can be highly beneficial and will help you excel in a multidisciplinary environment
  • We are looking for candidates who have a solid grasp of AI and machine learning technologies, as well as experience with data management and chatbot platforms. Familiarity with key concepts such as model training, prompt engineering, and evaluating system performance is particularly valuable
  • It would also be great to have a thorough understanding of pharmaceutical regulations-including standards like GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR-as well as an awareness of the ethical considerations that arise when applying AI in digital health contexts. This knowledge will help ensure that solutions are both effective and compliant with industry requirements
