Responsibilities:
Provide end-user support for assigned business applications
Investigate issues and apply solutions
Study software documentation to understand applications business and technical alignment for providing maximum support
Participate in QA activities of the business applications
Maintain the Knowledge Database
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams
What we expect:
Experience in Windows System Administration and Technical Support (L1 or L2)
Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting
Experience with Azure cloud (including Azure AD)
Investigation and diagnostic skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong learning agility, curiosity and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal skills in English (upper-intermediate or higher)
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Life Sciences
Proven ability to work with SQL
Good understanding of ITIL processes
