Office 365 Support Engineer

Location:

Quantori is an international team: we have colleagues who work not only from office but also remotely from all over the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support for assigned business applications 
  • Investigate issues and apply solutions
  • Study software documentation to understand applications business and technical alignment for providing maximum support
  • Participate in QA activities of the business applications
  • Maintain the Knowledge Database
  • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams

What we expect:

  • Experience in Windows System Administration and Technical Support (L1 or L2)
  • Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting
  • Experience with Azure cloud (including Azure AD)
  • Investigation and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong learning agility, curiosity and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English (upper-intermediate or higher)

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Life Sciences
  • Proven ability to work with SQL 
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes
