Labware LIMS Data Specialist
We are looking for LabWare LIMS Master Data Specialist who will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and governing master data within LabWare LIMS. This role ensures data integrity, compliance with regulatory standards, and supports laboratory operations by managing critical reference data, including products, specifications, test methods, instruments, and analysts.

Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain LabWare master data entities: Products, Materials, Specifications, Test Definitions, Instruments, Analysts, Locations, and Stability Protocols
- Ensure proper version control and change management for all master data
- Enforce ALCOA+ principles and maintain regulatory compliance (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).
- Implement naming conventions, coding standards, and data quality rules
- Support static data migration during implementation and upgrades
- Perform source-to-target mapping, reconciliation, and validation documentation
- Collaborate with IT and integration teams for ERP/MES/CDS interfaces that impact master data
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quick reference guides, and provide training on master data processes
- Maintain audit trails for all master data changes and participate in audits
- Complete master data updates and migrations in a timely manner
- Adhere to audit and validation requirements
- Maintain user satisfaction with master data processes and support
- Ensure accuracy of master data configuration by completing error-free loads
What we expect:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), with a preference for LabWare, or in laboratory informatics
- Demonstrated understanding of laboratory workflows and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in using LabWare configuration tools and data loaders
- Knowledge in data governance, validation, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent analytical skills, as well as strong documentation and communication abilities
- Experience with integrating ERP, MES, and CDS systems
- Familiarity with SQL and data migration tools
- Exposure to GxP validation and CSV documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across QA, IT, and laboratory teams
