Junior System Administrator

We are looking for a Junior System Administrator responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and network servers. We will provide all the necessary help in professional growth. The successful candidate will work in our office located in Yerevan, Armenia.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide technical support to the users
  • Administer, distribute, and share permissions to G Suite, Microsoft Office Portal, Atlassian, Slack, IP telephony, and other services
  • Keep track of software licenses
  • Purchase, record, and provision hardware

What we expect:

  • Experience with Windows administration 2+ years
  • Experience with networks and security
  • A2 English or higher

Nice to have:

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Experience with Atlassian stack
  • Understanding of ITIL and ITSM
  • Experience with GNU/Linux and MacOS administration
