What we expect:

  • Recruiting experience in IT, knowledge and understanding of IT labor market
  • Overall 3+ years experience of managing full-cycle recruitment and hiring process
  • Experience in collaboration with a diverse range of hiring managers, managing relationships and decisions with internal clients
  • Ability to organize and analyze data and draw insights to optimize our hiring process
  • Interest and readiness to take part in other recruitment activities: participation in IT HR events, work with Universities, etc.
  • English level is from upper-intermediate
  • Fluent Armenian language
  • Our range of IT stack: DevOps, Java, Big Data, DWH, JS, .NET, Python, QA.
