Recruiting experience in IT, knowledge and understanding of IT labor market
Overall 3+ years experience of managing full-cycle recruitment and hiring process
Experience in collaboration with a diverse range of hiring managers, managing relationships and decisions with internal clients
Ability to organize and analyze data and draw insights to optimize our hiring process
Interest and readiness to take part in other recruitment activities: participation in IT HR events, work with Universities, etc.
English level is from upper-intermediate
Fluent Armenian language
