Responsibilities:
Co-create, implement, and deliver simple and complex, short and long-term HR solutions for the company in alignment with business properties and in cooperation with other departments
Identify and propose solutions to change inconsistent policies and gaps related to HR
Ensure delivery of high-quality HR processes and services across the company
Run HR data analytics and reports
Help in managing change in a fast-paced environment
You’d be actively involved in elaborating and describing services, workflows, policies, and programs, working with systems on an admin level, in working with the ticket system, Confluence, and communication channels.
What we expect:
Experience in an international environment and IT companies
Expert level in HR Processes and main HR domains (focus on after-hire employee journey)
Experience in creating and maintaining HR solutions
Solid experience in setting up and tuning HRIS (experience with BambooHR will be a plus)
General legal awareness and understanding of labour legislation
Comp and Ben experience will be a plus
People and service-oriented
Solutions-focused system thinker with good analytical and learning capabilities
Great written and verbal skills in Russian and English
Advanced communication and collaboration skills
Friendly, flexible, and open-minded personality
