Responsibilities:
International HR Admin function
Administration and control of HR related international documentation flow within the whole Area with HR admin and payroll Providers in different countries
Provide expertise and guidance to managers and across departments in relation to employee records and documents, as well as labor laws and rules
HR Processes and Systems
Drive the implementation of the new HRIS modules over different countries, (testing and launching)
Transition to HR self-services for Employees;
Support of employees with trainings and trouble shooting in HRIS;
Provide reports from HRIS and other corporate and local systems on a regular basis or upon requests
Uploading in HRIS scans of personal files of employees;
Maintain enrolment/change/cancellation information in HRIS
Compensations & benefits
Preparation of compensation and benefits statistics
Making compensation and benefits verifications
Preliminary work for merit, bonus and other compensation and benefits procedures
Salary Review coordination
Perform established data quality controls and follow up on identified data quality issues
Analysis of the labor market (by income level, composition of the compensation package, percentage of staff turnover, indexation of salaries, etc.)
Short-term incentives and long-term employee motivation and retention programs administration (both Corporate and Local) in HRIS and Local HR admin and payroll systems
Manage eligible employee (and his/her dependents when relevant) enrolment into various corporate/local Benefit Plans
Maintain enrolment/change/cancellation information in corporate and local systems, as well as external providers
What we expect:
University degree in HR or another related field
At least 6 years’ experience in a multinational organization in a similar role, preferably with hands on WorkDay/SAP/other HRIS experience
Strong legal awareness and expert knowledge of international labor legislation
Good understanding of compensation principles and international/local employee benefits plans
Experience in working with policies and processes
GDPR experiencce is preferrable
Excellent analytical skills
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Fluency in Russian (written and spoken)
Excellent team player, open minded and flexible
