  • Full-cycle recruitment activities (active search, conducting interviews, collaboration with hiring managers, etc.)
  • Supporting company growth in Georgia from an HR perspective
  • HR and people-related matters (onboarding and offboarding, adaptation, 1-1s, etc.)
  • HR paperwork
  • Working with corporate HR system
  • Quantori Georgia HR brand development
  • Cooperate with communications specialists labour market presence

What we expect:

  • Recruiting experience in IT, knowledge and understanding of IT Georgia labor market
  • Overall 3+ years experience of managing full-cycle recruitment and hiring process
  • 2+ years of HR experience
  • Experience with HR paperwork, knowledge of Labour Code and legal requirements
  • Experience in collaboration with a diverse range of hiring managers, managing relationships and decisions with internal clients
  • Ability to organize and analyze data and draw insights to optimize our hiring process
  • Interest and readiness to take part in other recruitment activities: participation in IT HR events, work with Universities, etc.
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher
