HR Business Partner

We are looking for a new member to our HR team!


Our Tbilisi office


  • Support business units in a whole range of HR and people-related matters (regular recruitment is not required)
  • Build trust and relationships with employees and managers
  • Provide expertise and guidance to managers
  • Work closely with the management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Participate in talent development programs
  • Lead and co-create HR projects and initiatives within the organization

  • Energetic, creative, self-driven leader
  • T&D/ comp and ben/ project management experience will be a plus
