Support business units in a whole range of HR and people-related matters (regular recruitment is not required)
Build trust and relationships with employees and managers
Provide expertise and guidance to managers
Work closely with the management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Participate in talent development programs
Lead and co-create HR projects and initiatives within the organization
What we expect:
People and service-oriented
Senior-level in HR processes and working knowledge of multiple HR domains
1+ years experience as HR BP in IT company
Focus on after hire employee journey
Highly experienced in resolving complex employee relations matters
General legal awareness and understanding labour legislation
Great communicator and relationship builder
Good written and verbal skills in English
Advanced communication and collaboration skills
Friendly, flexible, and open-minded personality
Energetic, creative, self-driven leader
T&D/ comp and ben/ project management experience will be a plus
