Change Manager
We are looking for a Change Manager who will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing organizational change initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Create change management strategies to achieve the client’s organizational goals.
- Develop change strategies, conduct impact assessments, engage stakeholders, and plan communications.
- Communicate change management plans to project teams and key stakeholders to ensure their understanding.
- Coach and mentor staff throughout the change process.
- Coordinate training, monitor readiness, and address resistance to change.
- Collaborate closely with project teams and business leaders to align change activities with project objectives, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum benefit realization.
What we expect:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Excellent collaboration, coaching, and mentoring abilities
- Experience with managerial concepts, methodologies, and metrics
- Proven track record in leading and implementing change management initiatives
- Solid understanding of organizational development and change theory
- Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (advanced level or higher)
- Willingness to work in a hybrid mode
