BI Analyst

Quantori is a young company with a long history. We have over twenty years' experience in developing software for the pharmaceutical industry and driving advanced strategies in the world of Big Data revolution. We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to work on a variety of projects, ranging from creating classic analytical dashboards to supporting scientific research using BI tools. The tasks include developing, modifying, and maintaining dashboards, integrating data from various sources such as ERP systems and clinical data collection systems, analyzing data to improve process efficiency, and developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and methods for analyzing their effectiveness. The role involves close collaboration with clients and the Data Engineer team.

Quantori is an international team: we have colleagues who work not only from office but also remotely from all over the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Support existing reports 
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports 
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets 
  • Assist in building ETL processes 
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs 
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency 
  • Maintain documentation 

What we expect:

  • Proficiency in MS Power BI 
  • Strong SQL skills including performance tuning, data analysis, and integration 
  • Understanding of ETL processes 
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts 
  • Prior experience using scripting and programming languages, such as Python/Dax/R for data visualizations 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Tableau, TIBCO Spotfire, QuickSight, or other BI tools 
  • Ability to create efficient scripts with Python, Java, Scala, or R 
  • Experience with planning, connecting, designing, scheduling, and deploying data warehouse platforms 
  • Knowledgeable in working with third-party APIs to extract and store data needed for reports 
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP) 
  • Prior experience with big data technologies: Hadoop, Spark, or others 
  • Knowledge of software development algorithms, patterns, methodologies, etc.
