Quantori is an international team: we have colleagues who work not only from office but also remotely from all over the world.
Responsibilities:
- Guide the team effort on the deployment of Benchling and adoption of existing R&D flows to this system to ensure regulatory compliance
- Configure and customize the Benchling Developer Platform
- Install and set up Benchling applications, including relevant modules
- Migrate appropriate data from existing legacy system to Benchling platform
- Manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions
- Build and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems via the Benchling API
- Handle data import/export processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Monitor and manage API usage and rate limits
- Collaborate with scientists and IT to optimize workflows in Benchling
What we expect:
- Hands-on experience with Benchling platform (e.g., Notebook, Registry, Inventory, Workflows, Insights, Connect, and Benchling apps) configuration and administration
- Familiarity with API-based integrations and system interoperability
- Practical knowledge of data handling (import/export) in Benchling
- Strong understanding of rate limits and API performance tuning
- Strong understanding of GxP and GAMP regulations and their application in a software environment
- Flexibility in working in CET (Central European Time zone) and EST (Eastern Standard Time)
Nice to have:
- Software development experience (Python, Java, or C#)
- Knowledge of relational databases (SQL)
- Prior experience in a biological or chemical laboratory environment
- Exposure to laboratory informatics systems (LIMS, ELN, SDMS)
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485)
