Currently we are looking for an Atlassian Engineer to help ensure proper implementation of Atlassian stack within our projects.
Quantori is an international team: we have colleagues who work not only from offices but also remotely from all over the world.
Create complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, security schemes, screen schemes, and permission and notification schemes
Create and maintain a governance plan for JIRA and Confluence
Provide guidance to other Atlassian administrators
Provide recommendations to various lines of business on best practices and standardization in implementing and leveraging workflows within the Atlassian Stack;
Research and provide recommendations on Atlassian products, plugins, and roadmap features for future enhancement to support business needs
Manage multiple requests from various stakeholders and negotiate priorities accordingly across the body of work
What we expect:
Experience in performing Jira/Confluence installations, migrations, and add-on installation/configuration
Knowledge of Agile/ITIL and management of Jira artifacts to support these methodologies: JIRA software and Service Management, Insight
Experience with scripting and the Jira API: REST, Java
Integration experience with other Atlassian (BitBucket, OpsGenie, etc.) and third party applications
Good verbal and written communication skills in both Russian and English
